内蒙古岱海发电有限责任公司（以下简称：岱海发电公司）位于内蒙古自治区乌兰察布市中部凉城县岱海湖南岸，是国家实施“西部大开发”和“西电东送”战略的重点工程之一，是北京市与内蒙古自治区合作办电的重点项目，由北京能源投资（集团）有限公司和内蒙古蒙电华能热电股份有限公司按51%和49%的比例合资建设。一期工程安装两台国产600MW亚临界湿冷燃煤机组，分别于2005年10月19日、2006年1月21日完成168小时试运、投入商业运营，所生产电能通过500千伏输电线路经河北万全站直接送入京津唐电网。二期工程安装两台国产600MW亚临界空冷燃煤机组，目前已建成并具备发电能力。
